Terms of Sale

1.	Pricing: All packaged items are priced in US funds. Canadian customers please contact Hunterline (hunterline@golden.net) for pricing. Standard trade discounts are extended to authorised distributors and manufacturers.
2.	All orders are prepaid to new accounts until credit is approved.
3.	With approval of credit, payment terms are 2% discount off sale price (before shipping) if paid within 10 days, net invoice amount 30 days. Delinquent accounts will be put on prepaid basis.
4.	A late charge of 1.5% per month of balance due in excess of 30 days. (Annual rate 19.6%.) This is a penalty charge, not an extension of credit.
5.	Shipping: Retail orders are shipped within North America by postal service for a flat rate of $12.00 for orders under $100.00 value. Retail orders over $100.00 value are shipped free of charge. Trade orders are shipped FOB Mt. Albert, Ontario, normally by UPS Standard Service. Contact us for shipping charges outside North America.
6.	Bulk orders require minimum quantities; refer to catalogue pages.
7.	Trade orders: minimum $100.00. Orders of less than $100.00 will incur a 10% reduction in trade discount.
8.	Retail orders: minimum of $50. We encourage you to support your local hobby retailer.
9.	Payment: We do not accept credit cards. Payment is accepted by personal cheque drawn on a US bank, International Postal Money Order, or by Bank Draft. Contact us for details.
10.	Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge and will not be accepted without prior authorization. Materials made to specified dimensions or ordered special cannot be returned for credit or exchange.
